(Submitter supplied) 1.Oligos are in 101 384 well plates (MEEBO set) (Cat OL -10-122). Each well contains 200 pmol of 70-mer oligo.  Print split over 2 slides – A and B. 2. Resuspend oligos in 20ul printing buffer to 10uM.  Printing buffer is 1.5M betaine, 3xSSC. 3. Seal plates with adhesive PCR film from Applied Biosystems (cat. AB-0558). 4.
