Transcriptomics-based anti-tuberculous mechanism of traditional Chinese polyherbal preparation NiuBeiXiaoHe intermediates

(Submitter supplied) To further investigate the therapeutic potential of NBXH in treating tuberculosis, we employ whole genome microarray expression profiling as a discovery platform. The study aimed to explore the impact of NBXH treatment on the gene expression profile of tuberculosis-infected animal models. The animal models were treated with high, medium, and low doses of NBXH.
