WUSTL Human Herpesvirus 1

(Submitter supplied) To construct a gene-specific microarray of the Human Herpesvirus 1 (Herpes simplex virus type 1) genome, we designed 70-mer oligonucleotide array elements. Predicted and known HHV-1 genes were obtained from the strain 17 sequence on the NCBI website (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/viewer.fcgi?val=NC_001806).
