(Submitter supplied) This is a condensed platform of the full 9.2K array. The full layout is described in a supplementary file. Previous versions of this platform have been described by Bart Keijser (GPL4415) and Anna Magdalena Zakrzewska (GPL6257) Protocol: An oligonucleotide library of 65-mers (Cat#BACLIB384 Sigma-Compugen Inc.), which covered 4100 open reading frames of the B. subtilis 168 genome, was spotted in duplicate on glass slides with a Generation III microarray spotter (Molecular Dynamics, Sunnyvale, California, USA) using Lucidea Spotting Pins (GE Healthcare).
