Anomalous reverse transcription through chemical modifications in polyadenosine stretches

(Submitter supplied) Thermostable reverse transcriptases are workhorse enzymes underlying nearly all modern techniques for RNA structure mapping and for transcriptome-wide discovery of RNA chemical modifications.
