(Submitter supplied) Nimblegen custom design 12 plex array for Drosophila melanogaster: 12 identical plex on one slide with about 135,000 probes on each plex. Probes were designed based on the 5.5 release of the Drosophila melanogaster annotation and average of 7 array element probes per predicted genes was selected throughout gene models without a 3’ bias.
