Gene expression profile at single cell level of hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs) from mouse bone marrow cultured in M3434 StemCell methylcellulose media

(Submitter supplied) Hematopoiesis generates a variety of cell types after M3434 culture. We treated HSPCs with small-molecule inhibitors of Acly (SB204990), Gls (CB-839), or Vehicle (DMSO) and compared them to freshly isolated HSPCs by single-cell RNA-seq and single-cell ATAC-seq to examine the diverse cell types emerging from these conditions.

In lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), stabilization of the transcription factor NRF2 through genomic alterations in KEAP1 and NFE2L2 occurs in roughly a quarter of patients, often in the context of STK11 tumor suppressor loss. Troy+ brain stem cells cycle through quiescence and regulate their number by sensing niche occupancy

However, the molecular signature, self-renewal potential and fate behavior of NSCs remain poorly defined.
