Analysis of tumors from HIV+ male patients with AIDS-related lymphomas (ARL). HIV+ individuals have an increased risk of developing an aggressive B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma relative to HIV- persons. Results identify a signature for ARL subtypes and provide insight into pathogenetic events in ARL.

Affymetrix SNP array data for recurrent deletion in 19p in DLBCLs and BLs

(Submitter supplied) A single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP)-chip analysis of 98 cases of aggressive B-cell lymphomas revealed a recurrent deletion at 19p13 in 9 of the cases. We analyzed 148 DLBCL by high resolution single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP)-chips to characterize genomic imbalances.
