Sequencing from the 3' most DpnII site from mRNA using Lynx's MPSS technology. MPSS allows a comprehensive survey of all expressed transcripts in a cell or tissue, without apriori knowledge. This dataset was annotated using a combination of LocusLink, Unigene (build 171) and the latest human build as provided from UCSC (hg16). Signature - 17 bp sequence including DpnII site (GATC)
Significant
flag for signatures above 4 TPM (transcripts per million) in any of this dataset's sample. 's' means above 3 TPM, 'ns' below 4 TPM
Class
Annotation category according to Lynx's annotation system (see platform description).
Accession
LocusLink identifier or chromosome number if no extra annotation is available
Description
representative sequence accession number for the selected unigene/LocusLink hit or genomic coordinates if only genomic hit plus annotation if available
replication_global
Flag to signal if signature has been seen in more than one sequencing runs or MPSS flowcell.
